I am a certified coach committed to supporting women through mid-life transition.
My training is through the Co-Active Training Institute, the gold standard for personal development and leadership coaching. I hold Associate Certified Coach accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I am a member of the ICF Toronto chapter.
I work primarily with women moving into next life stages, with goals for fulfilling work, improved health and wellness, a reshaped identity, retirement.
Meet with me for a confidential initial call. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. At present, I offer phone and virtual appointments, with sliding scale fees offered.
Navigating change is hard, and can leave us feeling alone at the helm - determined, yet unsure of next steps, and feeling the weight of expectations and judgement.
In the confidential, safe space of our conversations, I can help you to define your goals, strengthen your mid-life identity and find renewed purpose. Let me share accountability and move forward with you, while you take these important next steps.
